The Grand is a unique mixed-use hotel, retail, and residential complex, to be located at 100 South Grand Avenue in the Bunker Hill neighborhood of downtown Los Angeles and developed by Related Companies. The development will include three levels of retail, public plaza, parking, a 24-story 313 key Equinox Hotel tower, and a 42-story 426 unit residential tower.
Situated in the downtown Los Angeles cultural and civic core with a mix of commercial, retail, cultural and residential units stitched together with great public spaces and world class architecture. This multi-phased master planned development is re-envisioning and re-developing underutilized government-owned parcels directly adjacent to the Civic Center and key cultural institutions such as the Music Center, Walt Disney Concert Hall, The Colburn School of Music, and the Museum of Contemporary Art to form a dynamic mixed-use district fitting for the cultural center of Los Angeles.

SCA Strategic Partnerships International (SCA) is the designated team to conduct the business and community outreach and contract monitoring for The Grand. SCA is a City of Los Angeles and Metro certified MBE, WBE, DBE, EBE, SBE, LBE, LSBE firm. Led by managing partner Joyce Sloss and partner Michael Corrin, the SCA leadership team has close to 60 years of combined experience in the City of Los Angeles government, and with Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA).
